Mothwasp is an ongoing audio-visual collaboration between myself and Stephen Taylor. 

Improvised rhythms, field recordings, and cinematic noise form the sound, defunct analogue projection technology informs the vision. Live performances have taken place in cinemas, photography studios, forests and galleries at film & animation festivals such Flatpack Festival (Birmingham, UK) and Animated Dreams (Tallinn, ES)

Musical duo Mothwasp performed at the Birmingham & Midland Institute accompanied by a self-produced audio-responsive film experiment which chronicled the demise of Birmingham's brutalist architecture. 16mm direct-films, liquid light experiments, the dereliction of Lindisfarne, Northumbrian rock art and the glory of Spaghetti Junction also featured. "An elegy to Paradise Circus" "metal head psytrance realness" Projected footage was shot with DJI Osmo and triggered using Magic Music Visuals.
